Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction
- Technical support and pre and after sales service
- Produce presentations and other material for marketing purposes
- Proactively suggest ways to market & sell the products to prospective applications and customers
- Product / Process Development
- Equipment responsibility
- Development and documentation of procedures
- Improve quality, drive down cycle-time and continuously reduce cost of manufacturing
- Customer project coordination and communication
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in project oriented engineering of which at least 3 years as responsible customer interface
- Solid track record of delivering in time
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and team-working skills
- Fluent written and oral communication in English is a must
- Willingness to travel on global basis and service customers on different time-zones
